RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, modified, or returned without original packaging.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
